A top producer in residential sales since she entered real estate in 1996, Sarah is an active sales broker as well as the owner of Sweetbriar Realty. Sarah lives in Wellfleet with her husband and three children.

Originally from Wayland, MA - Kim and her family have been vacationing in Wellfleet for the past 15 years. After enjoying the quality of life in Wellfleet they decided to move here year round. Kim, her husband and their four children have lived by the tide on Lt’s Island for the past four years. They also own Stella Pizza in Orleans and truly enjoy the slower paced lifestyle they have found on the Outer Cape. Kim worked as a licensed Custom House Broker in Boston for 15 years and is thrilled with her transition into Real Estate.

Raised in the Northampton area of Western Massachusetts, Cathy has been living and working on the Lower Cape since 1991. With an extensive background in sales management, she has quickly become a natural in the field of real estate. Cathy enjoys working with buyers and sellers alike and when she is not working she can be found surfing, running, mountain biking or simply spending time with her family. Cathy and her husband Tom, and their two children, live in South Wellfleet.

A jack of all trades here at Sweetbriar Realty, Amy is a licensed real estate agent and also handles all important advertising, contract drafting, bookkeeping and office management. A Cape resident since 1984, and currently living in Brewster with her husband and three teenaged children, she is familiar with many areas and aspects of life on the Lower Cape and would be happy to lend her knowledge and skills to help you with your real estate endeavors.

The proud father of Ava (born May 2007) and husband of Anne (an 8th grade English teacher), Dan has cherished his small town life since leaving a ten year catering career to move full-time to the Cape in 2000. As a year-round resident of Wellfleet, former Cape Cod Bicycle Tour operator, and member of an extended family living on the Lower Cape, Dan knows and loves the area in which he lives and works.  It is this knowledge and passion, combined with professionalism, attention to detail, integrity, and a sense of humor, that clients recognize as a valuable skill set.

Fred retired three years ago after a challenging career in documentary filmmaking, broadcasting with WCVB-TV and CBS Network in NY, and years of marketing and advertising, and became involved in building and real estate. In fact, buying and fixing up houses has been a lifelong interest.

Over the last 16 years, he has also been involved with community affairs on the Outer Cape, and is currently Truro's Delegate to the County Assembly and Vice Chair of the Truro Conservation Commission. He also serves on the Water Resource Oversight Committee, and several other local arts boards and groups.
